最近おなかが大分やばいことになってきました。
太ったかどうかというのは、ここ7年ほど体重を量っていないから直接数字では
分からないんですけど（車椅子で体重を量るには病院で特注の体重計に乗る必要があるので）、
おなかのベルトがいつもの場所では止まらなくなってしまってきました。
そこでダイエットに挑戦中というわけです。目標はベルトの穴2つ分！！
ベルトの穴2つ分ウェスト引っ込めたら何kg痩せるんだろう？
まーしばらく家での食事は野菜を中心に過ごしたいと思います。
